The Young People’s Centre is a safe space for young people to come and relax, chat to people and access affordable food, activities, counselling, life coaching, information and support for overall health and well-being.

  • Internet access and cheap meals
  • Information, advice and guidance on a range of issues
  • Activities and workshops
  • Space to talk to staff
  • Free counselling service (face-to-face or online)
  • Sexual Health services (C-Cards, Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea and pregnancy testing)
  • Life Coaching

Just a reminder that My One Amazing Life’s FIRST EVER youth event is taking place in Brighton next Wednesday (24th) from 7-10pm. Come along and listen to some awesome short talks given by some very inspiring speakers! The event is aimed at 16 to 19 year olds although anybody of any age can come if they want!
